Our Cheyenne, Wyoming address is an administrative headquarters only. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from US-based partner fulfillment centers, and returns are processed at a designated intake warehouse specified in your RMA instructions.
2. Shopify Platform and Services
Our store is hosted on Shopify. By using this website, you also agree to be bound by Shopify's Terms of Service and applicable platform policies. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform, payment processing, and related infrastructure but is not a party to the sale of products between you and MARYELEN LLC.
3. Contract Formation
A contract of sale is formed between you and MARYELEN LLC when your order is confirmed and accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing & Sales Tax
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and do not include state or local sales tax. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address.
MARYELEN LLC collects sales tax in states where it has a legal obligation to do so. In jurisdictions where sales tax does not apply, the tax line at checkout will display as $0.00.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or system error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Delivery & Returns
We ship to eligible street addresses across all 50 US states and DC. Orders are fulfilled from US-based partner fulfillment centers. Free standard shipping applies to all orders. Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days. Some orders may ship in multiple boxes and arrive on different days. Oversized dining tables may require a scheduled delivery appointment. We offer free returns within 30 calendar days from delivery on eligible physical products. Returns are processed by mail. All returns require RMA authorization and must be sent to the designated intake warehouse specified in your RMA instructions. Table linens and tablecloths must be unused and unwashed to be eligible for return. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
6. Prohibited Conduct & Intellectual Property
You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with security, submit false information, infringe on intellectual property, or engage in fraudulent behavior.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of MARYELEN LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Maryelen is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or acting as an agent for any third-party brand.
7. Account Termination, Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARYELEN LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under applicable US law.
