30-Day Free Returns
We offer free returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery on eligible physical products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the terms below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- In original packaging, with all accessories, components, and manuals included.
- In a reasonably inspected condition and resalable state.
- For dining tables: Items must be disassembled into their original packaging condition with all hardware, tools, and manuals included.
- For dinnerware, glassware, and tabletop décor: Items must be carefully repackaged with protective materials to prevent damage during return transit. We recommend using the original packaging where possible.
- For table linens and tablecloths: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, washed or used textiles are not eligible for return, except where the product is defective or incorrect as delivered.
- For sets and multi-piece items: All pieces, components, and included accessories must be returned together in their original packaging.
Return Shipping & Method
Return shipping is free, including for defective, damaged, or problematic items. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Returns are processed by mail. A prepaid shipping label will be provided, and our carrier partners (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS) may coordinate a scheduled pickup under standard mail return service where applicable. For oversized dining tables, our carrier partners may coordinate a scheduled curbside pickup.
RMA Authorization Required
All returns must receive an authorized RMA label specifying the exact designated intake warehouse before dispatch. Please contact our support team at support@maryelen.shop to obtain your RMA number and prepaid shipping label prior to dispatching your parcel. Unauthorized shipments may be refused or returned to sender.
Please note: our Cheyenne, Wyoming address is an administrative office and is not a returns facility. Do not ship returns to our administrative headquarters. Returns must be sent to the designated intake warehouse specified in your RMA instructions.
After your RMA is approved, please dispatch your parcel to the carrier within 7 calendar days.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee. Restocking fee: $0.00.
Refund Processing & Bank Posting Time
Once we receive your return, we will initiate your refund within 2 business days. Refunds are issued for the full purchase amount plus any applicable sales tax paid.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled self-service via the Order Status page within 15 minutes of placement. After 15 minutes, orders immediately enter warehouse routing and cannot be canceled, but remain fully eligible for our 30-day free return policy upon delivery.

Defective, Damaged, or Broken Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, broken, chipped, or incorrect, please photograph the item and the packaging, and contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) at support@maryelen.shop. We will arrange a free return, replacement, or refund in accordance with this policy.
Color, Finish & Natural Variation
We make every effort to display colors, finishes, and textures as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the natural characteristics of materials. Minor variations in color, finish, fabric weave, or texture are not considered defects.
Warranty
Any manufacturer warranty is governed by the terms of the respective brand or manufacturer. Maryelen is an independent retailer and is not an authorized agent, dealer, or service provider for any third-party brand. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms.
